How can we be prepared for disaster and feel safe? Here are some excellent suggestions, written by my friend Kaye Lynn:
News and pictures of the earthquake and tsunami rocked the world. As we find ourselves glued to the TV or radio, news travels fast and we can see how fast tragedy spreads. Homes, buildings, cars and communities are washed away in seconds. Worse than that love ones are missing and communication is crippled. How can we be prepared for something like this in our own area? There are simple ways for us to be proactive. Preplanning is a must. Following these fast easy steps with essential oils can help you feel prepared and BE PREPARED.
1. Purification: Take a few drops internally for parasites and topically for fleas and mosquitoes.
