It's Time to Stop Snoring

It is estimated that 30-50% of the US population snore occasionally. And, most of them have no idea why they snore.

Snoring occurs when our muscles are relaxing, including our throat muscles. Therefore, the air passages become smaller.

Snoring can affect the quantity and quality of your sleep. Poor sleep can lead to daytime fatigue, irritability, and increased health problems. If your snoring is so loud that your bed partner can't sleep, you may end up banished from the bedroom.

Sleeping in separate bedrooms doesn’t have to be the remedy for your snoring. Discovering the cause of your snoring and finding the right cure will vastly improve your health, your relationships, and, of course, your sleep.

Here is a solution gathered from a testimonial I recently received:

"Alice (sis-in-law) told me that a friend had used thyme essential oil (Young Living) rubbed on his big toe each night to stop snoring and it worked. She tried it with my brother, who was having to wear an apparatus at night to keep him from snoring. She said he no longer snores and doesn't have to wear his night gear now. - D. Gardner

According to the Essential Oils Desk Reference, thyme oil is anti-aging, highly anti-microbial, anti-fungal, antiviral, and anti-parasitic. It is used for infectious diseases, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer's disease, and hepatitis.

So, if snoring is an issue for someone in your family, it's time to stop the snoring with Thyme essential oil.
